The challenge for global think tanks in 2018

I am pleased to sit on the Advisory Council of IDDRI (the Institut du Developpement Durable et Relations Internationales). IDDRI is the leading French think tank on international development, with a special focus on environmental issues. It is a member of the European Think Tanks Group. This year, I was asked to contribute an 'editorial' to the IDDRI Annual Report. I wrote on the theme of the challenge to global think tanks in 2018, which is to win the argument for progressive and foward-looking collective action.
